Give physical items away for commercial use. This includes to be used for raffles, donation etc be it a small business or large charity.
Enter competitions using JLD files or designs.
Crafters
Definition:
a single person creating physical items. This can be under a business name if there is only one employee.

General Information
JLDigitizing and www.jldigitizing.com.au (collectively referred to as “We”, “Us” or “Our”) offer machine embroidery designs and related content (collectively referred to as “Designs”) for download and use. This Disclaimer governs your access to and use of our Designs and services. By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to this Disclaimer in full.
1. No Guarantees or Warranties
The Designs provided on our site are provided "as is", without any guarantees or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties or guarantees that the Designs will meet your requirements or that the results from using the Designs will be effective, accurate, or reliable for you or your machine.
All Designs come with a .PDF info worksheet. This must be followed.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All Designs, content, and other intellectual property available on our website are our property or the property of our licensors. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Designs and/or our services.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring the Designs are suitable for your intended use. It is your responsibility to know your own and your machines capabilities.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have compatible hardware and software.
10. Software
Do not run JLDigitizing files through software.
Transfer to USB and then to the machine.
Physical Items
are handled in line with the responsibilities as outlined by the ACCC.
JLD Commitment
JLDigitizing is comitted to providing high quality Designs and products.
Along with that is a satisfaction guarantee on services.
Where ever possible we will do what we can to help out an unhappy client.
This will also be kept within reason on physical items. Remember, it costs us money to return things and reverse transactions. We cannot refund for a change of mind when the description is clear.
